Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box graham crackers
2 boxes instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 can chocolate icing
Preparation

Line oblong dish or pan with 1 layer of graham crackers.
Mix pudding with milk, then fold with Cool Whip.
Continue with layer of pudding and the crackers until all mixture is used, ending with crackers on top.
Spread icing on crackers.
Refrigerate overnight.
