Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled
    2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water until done, drain and mash.
    Add sour cream, cream cheese, onion salt, salt, pepper and margarine. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
    Stores 2 weeks in refrigerator.
    To serve, place desired amount in greased casserole.
    Dot with margarine and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 cups.
    To bake entire amount, use a 2 quart casserole.
