Delores' Zucchini Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter or oleo
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. shredded coconut
    3/4 c. raisins or chopped dates
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts or almonds
    2 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation
    Cream sugars with butter and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition. Fold in vanilla. Blend in flour, salt and baking powder.
    Fold in coconut, raisins, nuts and zucchini.
    Pour batter into a lightly greased 10 x 15-inch baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool and frost with the following.
