Baked Chilies, Rice And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry rice, cooked and cooled
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans diced green chilies
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine rice and sour cream.
    Spread 1/2 in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle grated cheese and green chilies and repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot through, about 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
