Karo Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. pecan halves
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix sugar, syrup and butter (or margarine).
    Add eggs and pecans.
    Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center of pie comes out clean.
