Baked Stuffed Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 rolls Ritz crackers
    1/2 lb. melted margarine
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. shrimp or 10 to 12 jumbo shrimp
    1/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Clean and devein shrimp.
    Crush crackers; place in a bowl.
    Add melted margarine and sherry.
    Mix well (if not moist, add more margarine.) Season with garlic powder and salt and pepper.
    Slit shrimp and place a mound of stuffing. Bake in a 13 x 9-inch dish; try to keep upright.
    Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
