Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potting roast
    2 medium onions, sliced
    Bovril beef seasoning (3 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Wash meat, dry and then flour.
    Brown in small amount of hot oil.
    Remove oil and add water until the pot is 1/3 to 1/2 full. Add sliced onions and Bovril.
    Mix with cooking liquid.
    Cook at least 4 hours.
    Add more water as it evaporates (and more Bovril, if desired).
    May also add 1 cup red wine.
