Rice And Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 split chicken breasts
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 or 3 stalks celery
    1 medium onion
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Butter 3-quart casserole dish lightly.
    Pour rice in bottom. Add chopped celery, onion and sliced mushrooms; mix lightly. Place uncooked chicken breasts on top of this.
    Mix soup and water and pour over chicken and rice.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
