Studenina(Pig'S Feet In Gelatin) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pig's feet
4 hard-cooked eggs
3 medium raw carrots
2 cloves garlic
Preparation

Scrub feet well.
Place in large kettle, season with garlic, salt and pepper and cover with water.
Cook slowly for 3 hours, skimming as necessary.
When meat begins to fall off bones, remove from heat.
Remove meat from bones, chop in pieces.
Cool.
To the liquid remaining, add the meat, eggs and shredded carrots.
Pour into a loaf pan, put in cool place to jell.
To serve, unmold and slice.
