Crock-Pot Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Place potatoes and onion in crock-pot.
    Blend sour cream, soup and margarine.
    Add to potatoes.
    Cook on high 3 to 4 hours or use cooked potatoes and cook for 1 hour.
    Makes 15 servings.
