Skillet Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (18 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    7 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine first six ingredients in a large skillet.
    Add water and salt.
    Bring to a boil; simmer covered for 30 minutes, stirring often.
    Add spaghetti; simmer covered for 30 minutes. When serving, top with cheese.
