Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can cream of celery soup
2 Tbsp. minced onion (optional)
Preparation

Cook broccoli for 10 minutes in salt water.
Drain well. Add to other ingredients and put into casserole dish.
Cover with Ritz cracker crumbs.
Dot top with butter or margarine.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
