Canadian Waters Cornmeal Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    your choice fish fillets
    yellow cornmeal
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. red pepper
    grease or oil
Preparation
    Mix yellow cornmeal, salt and red pepper.
    Roll fish in cornmeal mixture.
    Heat 4 to 6 inches of oil.
    Using caution, test oil or grease by dropping a match in pan.
    If it ignites, it's ready.
    Fry fish until it rises to surface.
    Flip and wait until golden brown.
