Ingredients

8 oz. unsweetened chocolate
4 c. granulated sugar
1 c. salad oil
8 eggs
4 tsp. vanilla extract
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Melt chocolate squares over low heat.
Add sugar and oil.
One at a time, beat in eggs.
Stir in vanilla and chocolate chips.
In a separate bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Combine the dry ingredients with the chocolate mixture.
Chill for 2 hours.
Form the dough into 1-inch balls and roll in confectioners sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes on greased cookie sheets.
