Prime Rib Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large prime rib roast
    salt and coarse ground pepper
    1 can beef broth
    1/2 c. apple juice
    1 tsp. garlic juice
Preparation
    Sprinkle roast with salt
    and
    coarse ground pepper and put into a 14-inch Dutch
    oven.
    Combine
    1/2 can broth, apple juice and garlic juice and pour
    into
    the
    oven.
    Roast for 2 1/2 hours with 12 coals on the
    bottom
    and
    14
    coals on top. Check after 1 hour to make
    sure\troast
    is
    moist
    enough; if necessary add the rest of the beef broth.
