Carrot King Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 1/2 c. coconut
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a mixer, blend beaten eggs with oil.
    Add to mixture with buttermilk.
    Add vanilla by hand.
    Blend in the pineapple, coconut, carrots, nuts and flour.
    Pour into floured and well-greased pans (use three 9-inch pans).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
