Crumble Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together like pie dough.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Crumble 2/3 of mixture in pan.
    Pat down lightly.
    Top with one can cherry or any other pie filling.
    Crumble remaining dough on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Cut into bars when cool.
