Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1 c. graham crackers, ground
1/4 c. sugar
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
In a bowl, mix the butter with crackers and sugar.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a spring-form pan.
With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add condensed milk, eggs and salt.
Beat thoroughly and add lemon juice.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake 50 to 55 minutes.
Let cool at room temperature and refrigerate.
Spread the sour cream over the cheesecake and garnish with fruit.
Serves 8 to 10.
