Spicy Peach Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 large eggs
    6 peaches, sliced thin
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. each ginger and coriander
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish or 3-quart shallow casserole.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Beat butter or margarine and 1 1/2 cups sugar in mixer bowl.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add dry ingredients and beat at low speed until well combined. Spread batter evenly in pan.
