Artichoke Heart Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, cut into small pieces and drained
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    extra bread crumbs (for rolling artichoke balls)
Preparation
    Blend together first 3 ingredients, blending well.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Shape mixture into small, round
    balls.
    Roll in bread crumbs and place on cookie sheet. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
