Sweet And Sour Chicken Chunks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, breaded, small chunk-shape chicken patties
    1 c. quick cooking rice
    1 (16 oz.) can unpeeled apricot halves, drained
    1 (8 to 10 oz.) jar sweet and sour sauce
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods
Preparation
    Bake chicken chunks according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup water to boiling. Stir in rice.
    Remove pan from heat.
    Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
