Ingredients

8 slices French bread
4 eggs
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, divided
Preparation

Place bread in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Combine eggs, milk, orange juice, vanilla and salt; beat well.
Pour over bread slices; turn slices to coat evenly.
Sprinkle with a little grated orange rind.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
