Strawberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. berries, crushed
    5 c. sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Boil berries for 10 minutes.
    Remove from stove.
    Add 1/4 cup lemon juice.
    Cook additional 3 minutes.
    Place in shallow pan overnight.
    In the morning, heat and put in jars and freeze.
