Chicken Supreme(Ham, Veal Or Turkey) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small onions, sliced
    2 small carrots, diced
    1/4 bay leaf
    8 peppercorns
    2 sprigs parsley
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. heavy cream or evaporated milk
    2 c. diced cooked chicken, ham, veal or turkey
Preparation
    Add onions, carrots, bay leaf, peppercorns and parsley to the broth.
    Simmer for 10 minutes; strain.
    Melt 1/4 cup butter in saucepan; stir in the flour.
    Add the first mixture slowly, stirring all the while, then cook, stirring until smooth.
    Add the cream; cook until thickened, then fold in the chicken and eggs. Heat thoroughly.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve in rice ring.
