Catfish Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 nice sized catfish fillets
    3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine; dip fish to coat, then roll in mixture made of stuffing, cheese and parsley.
    Place flat in baking dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
