French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 can coconut
    1 pinch salt
Preparation
    Combine margarine, sugar and eggs; add vinegar, vanilla and salt.
    Add coconut.
    Pour
    into deep dish pie shell.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
