Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
    1/3 c. red chili sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. refried beans
    1 c. shredded Jack cheese
    10 to 12 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion, pepper and garlic in hot oil; drain well. Stir in chili sauce and salt.
    Simmer for 1 minute.
    Stir in refried beans and cheese.
    Remove from heat.
