Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 onion
    1 or 2 zucchini
    1 or 2 potatoes
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Spice Mix
    Bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 C. milk
    Oil
    Water
Preparation
    Slice onion, zucchini, and potatoes.
    Mix the egg and milk together.
    Add garlic powder and Mrs. Dash.
    Mix well.
    Dip the pork chops in the milk-egg mixture coating both sides.
    Then, cover with bread crumbs.
    Grease glass dish.
    Then layer potatoes, zucchini, onion, and pork chops on top.
    Add 1/2 C. water to keep potatoes from sticking to pan.
    Bake in a 400 degree oven for one hour.
