Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/3 c. melted shortening or oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Mix well.
    Add oil, vinegar, vanilla and water.
    Mix well by hand.
    Do not beat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in a 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Leave in pan and frost while warm.
