Extra Creamy Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hard-cooked egg yolk
    1 pt. Wesson oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 raw egg yolk
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    1/2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Save hard-cooked egg yolk and raw egg yolk; blend well.
    Add 1 tablespoonful of oil at a time and beat well with a rotary beater after each addition.
    When 1/2 cup of oil has been used, beat in lemon juice and seasonings; add remaining oil, 2 tablespoons at a time, beating with either fork or beater until well blended.
    Use as a garnish for mayonnaise.
