2 Extra Ripe Bananas
1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
1 Can (8 oz.) Crushed Pineapple with Juice Drained
2 Tbsp. Honey
Dash Nutmeg
1 Cup Frozen Whipped Topping Thawed
1/4 Cup Almonds Chopped
1 Cup Dole Pure and Light Mountain Cherry Juice
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
Fresh Fruit for Garnish
1 Tbsp. Sugar
Preparation

Place bananas, strawberries, pineapple, honey and nutmeg in blender.
Process until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping and almonds.
Line 12 muffin cups with foil liners.
Fill with banana mixture.
Cover and freeze until firm.
Blend cherry juice, cornstarch, and sugar in small saucepan.
Cook stirring until boils and thickens.
Cool.
