Squash And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. summer squash
    1 c. cheese, grated
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. sage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook squash in small amount of water (boiling, salted) until just tender; drain well.
    Mix all ingredients except half of cheese.
    Pour into buttered casserole.
    Place remaining cheese on top and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbles, cheese melted, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
