Marinated Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 green pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 cans drained LeSueur small peas
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients.
Add chopped ingredients.
Add all to peas and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Keeps well, up to 5 days.
Cut in half for 1 can of peas.
