Barley Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburg
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. celery
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1 bay leaf
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 c. barley
    1/2 c. sweet peppers
    1 can peas
Preparation
    Fry hamburg, drain off fat.
    Mix rest of ingredients together and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
