Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pone of cornbread
    1 c. onion
    1 large can pinto beans, drained
    1 1/2 c. (or more) mayonnaise (low-calorie)
    1 bottle Bac*Os or crumbled bacon
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. pickle juice
Preparation
    Crumble corn bread into a 9 x 13-inch dish. Spread drained pinto beans over the cornbread. Chop bell pepper, onion and tomato and spread over the pintos. Make a dressing of the mayonnaise and pickle juice. Drizzle over salad and finish off with bacon.
