Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1/4 c. water
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 c. Campbell's beef broth
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Trim fat.
    Cut meat into 1-inch strips.
    Brown on low heat. Pour off excess fat.
    Add onion and bell pepper (cut in strips). Add water and beef broth.
    Simmer with top on for 5 minutes.
    Add flour and stir on low for 20 minutes.
    Season to taste.
