Sausage And Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 c. Bisquick mix
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook meat and drain off fat.
    Spoon sausage into a large bowl. Cool completely.
    Add cheese, biscuit mix and water.
    Mix with fork just until blended.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Place on large cookie sheet 2-inches apart.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until puffed and browned.
    Remove from cookie sheet and cool.
