Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. water
Preparation
-
Mix first 4 ingredients.
In separate bowl, beat remaining ingredients.
Combine 2 mixtures.
Chill at least 15 minutes. Makes 4 single crusts.
