Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
    1/2 (1 can) tomato sauce
Preparation
    Fill 6 or 8 green bell peppers, cored and seeded, with mixture.
    Top with the remaining tomato sauce.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
