Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen pie shell
    1 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 c. chopped turkey ham
    1 c. lite sour cream
    6 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. bacon bits
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into frozen pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Let set 15 minutes before serving.
