Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 pkg. Mahatma yellow rice
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
garlic powder
salt and pepper
margarine
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts; when cooled, take off bone, chopping amount desired to put in casserole.
Reserve remaining chicken for top of casserole.
Cook rice as directed on package, adding the chopped onion.
Let simmer.
Heat soup as directed on can.
When rice and soup are ready, mix together, adding chopped chicken, salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
Place pats of margarine on top and rest of chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
