Chocolate Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. oil

Preparation

Mix well.
Will make 30 to 36 cupcakes 1/2 full.
