Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (12 oz.) bag chips
Preparation
    Cream the margarine, sugar and eggs together.
    Add sour cream, vanilla, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Mix batter at high speed for 2 minutes.
    Pour half the batter into pan (greased and floured).
    Top with 1/2 of cinnamon, sugar and chips.
    Pour rest of batter and top with remaining cinnamon, sugar and chips. Bake.
