Ingredients

1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
Ritz crackers
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

In a large bowl, whip the milk until peaks form.
Add lemon juice and sugar and whip until well mixed.
Line 2 pie pans (or 1 large pan) with crackers and pour in mixture.
Freeze overnight.
