Potato Soup And Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    4 carrots
    1 onion
    2 stalks celery
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper
    milk, as desired
    4 large potatoes
    flour
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut up potatoes (4), carrots, onion and celery in saucepan. Add parsley and seasoning.
    Grate other 4 potatoes.
    Drain of liquid.
    Add egg and seasoning.
    Mix.
    Add enough flour to make paste.
