Burgers In Onion Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 yellow onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can mushroom pieces and stems
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix (plain, onion or mushroom)
    parsley
Preparation
    Make 4 oval shaped burgers and brown in a large frying pan. Add onion after turning burgers.
    When burgers are cooked to your liking, drain.
    Add mushrooms to pan.
    Mix gravy with 3/4 cup of water* and pour over burgers. Simmer for 20 minutes and then serve.
