Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. meat stock or bouillon cube
1/2 c. mixed vegetables with carrots and peas
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/4 c. cabbage, shredded
1 stalk celery, diced
1/4 c. tomato juice
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Prepare vegetables and add to broth.
Boil together until vegetables are just tender for 20 minutes.
Makes 4 servings, each 1 cup.
