Gazpacho(Cold, Creamy Soup.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 very small carrot
1 small onion
1 small cucumber
1 slice day old Spanish bread (French bread)
salt
olive oil
garlic (juice)
vinegar (optional)
2 to 3 very ripe tomatoes (medium size)
scant bell pepper
Preparation

Prepare the vegetables. Peel and wash.
Liquify in blender the carrot, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, bread and tomatoes.
Add drops of garlic juice, olive oil to taste and vinegar, if desired. Chill well.
Serve as a drink or a soup.
Very refreshing on a hot afternoon.
