Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. whole kernel corn
6 lb. cabbage, shredded
3 large green peppers, diced
3 large green tomatoes, diced
1 lb. raw carrots, shredded
3 c. celery, chopped
3 red peppers, chopped
4 large onions, chopped
1 qt. vinegar
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
5 Tbsp. salt
2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Cook 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Boil 5 minutes, then put into jars and seal.
