Ultimate Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

ready made pie crust
5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
5 eggs plus 2 egg yolks
1/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Grease sides and bottom of a spring-form pan (3-inches high).
Shape ready made crust to bottom of pan. Make holes with fork and bake until brown.
Meanwhile, beat cream cheese until soft.
Add sugar and vanilla and beat at high speed. Beat in eggs and yolks, one at a time, until smooth.
Beat in cream and flour.
